Code of conduct

We do not invent a price, a quotation, a date, a pharmacy, a reviewer, or a credential. Not as a placeholder, not as an illustration, not to fill a gap in a table.

A gap stays a gap and is labeled as one. This is the only rule on this page that has no circumstances attached to it.

The company’s own sentence, the address it was on, and the date it was read. A figure that cannot carry those does not appear, however confident we are that it is right.

Tables sort by price or by date. A paid entry holds the position that sort gives it. We publish no score or ranking for a payment to influence, and we will not introduce one.

Entries are recorded from public pages. A company does not see its entry before publication, cannot approve it, and cannot have it removed. Paying us changes none of that. What a company can do is publish a different price, which we will read.

A paid link is labeled where you see it, not in a footnote and not only in a footer. A build guard fails the site if a paid link ships without a disclosure beside it.

The status page lists entries we have not re-read in 45 days, by name, whether or not that reflects well on us. A register that hides how current it is cannot be judged.

Enforcement actions are recorded as dated facts. We do not use them as a lever, do not lead with them, and do not treat them as disqualifying. Where a company disputes something we recorded, we re-read the page rather than defend the record.

Our errors are published as new dated readings beside the wrong ones, never as silent edits. See corrections.
