Corrections

We reviewed 181 recorded price options and clarified 179 of them. Calendar-month prices are now distinguished from day- or week-based plans, introductory offers and conditional prices. Where the evidence does not establish the initial payment, it is marked unverified. These corrections preserve the original quotations and source dates; they do not mean the provider changed its price.

A separate check of multi-month plans found 94 initial payments that were not established by their saved quotations. Their advertised rates remain visible, but those unsupported initial invoices are excluded from cost calculations.

We also removed unsupported nationwide-coverage flags from six programs offered by Dr. Arevitalize and Novi. Coverage remains unverified; this does not mean those providers stopped serving any particular state.

Program pages retain the supporting quotations. The downloadable records include the billing qualifications used in our comparisons.

Write to corrections@treatmentregistry.com with the entry number, which looks like TR-0042 and appears at the top of every entry, and the page where the correct figure is visible to a reader.

Anyone can report one. You do not have to work for the company, and we do not ask who you are.

We can record a figure a reader can check for themselves. Point us at a page where the current price is visible, or an intake we can walk, and we will re-read it.

We cannot record a price that exists only in an email to us, because our readers cannot check it and the whole record rests on their being able to. A company that wants a different figure published needs to publish it.

A new source reading is added as a dated observation, preserving earlier readings. If we misinterpret existing evidence, we can correct its classification while retaining the original quotation and source date. That does not refresh the verification date.

Corrections to an existing observation are recorded with what changed and why. Reclassifying a four-week price as a four-week price, for example, is a correction to our record rather than evidence of a price change by the company.

The change log records comparable changes in published terms. Corrections to our interpretation are explained separately and are not presented as market price changes. New source readings remain in each entry’s history.

If a company raised its price, that is an update: the record was right and the market moved. If we misread a page, that is a correction: the market did not move and we were wrong. Both are recorded with their evidence; only a comparable change in the company’s published terms belongs in the market change log.

Your entry is recorded from your own published pages. You do not get to preview it, approve it, or have it removed, and paying us changes none of that.

What you can do is point us at a page. If your published price has changed, send the URL and we will re-read it on the next pass or sooner. If we have attributed something to you that is not yours, tell us and we will correct it the same way.

Monthly review is our intended cadence, not a claim that every entry is current. Each record shows its actual verification date. Entries older than 45 days are listed as overdue on the status page.
