Trademarks

Every drug name and company name on this site belongs to its owner. We use them to say which treatment a program supplies and which company sells it. Treatment Registry is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

These marks appear in the register because companies name them when describing what they supply. Each is the property of its owner:

• Ozempic — Novo Nordisk A/S
• Wegovy — Novo Nordisk A/S
• Rybelsus — Novo Nordisk A/S
• Saxenda — Novo Nordisk A/S
• Victoza — Novo Nordisk A/S
• Mounjaro — Eli Lilly and Company
• Zepbound — Eli Lilly and Company
• Contrave — Currax Pharmaceuticals LLC
• Qsymia — Vivus LLC

Ownership is stated as we understand it. If a mark is listed against the wrong owner, tell us at corrections@treatmentregistry.com and we will correct it.

Semaglutide and tirzepatide are generic molecule names, not trademarks. Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound are brand names for specific FDA-approved products containing them.

A compounded preparation of semaglutide is not Ozempic or Wegovy, and a compounded preparation of tirzepatide is not Mounjaro or Zepbound. The register keeps compounded and brand programs as separate entries with separate prices for exactly this reason, and a molecule page states the distinction rather than rolling them together.

The names of the companies whose programs we record are their marks. We use them to identify whose program an entry describes. We display no company logos, and naming a company is not a claim of any relationship with it.

Every price on this site carries the seller’s own sentence, word for word. Where a mark appears inside one of those quotations it appears exactly as the company wrote it, including their own capitalization and any symbol they used. We do not alter a quotation, and a build guard prevents it.

The Treatment Registry name, wordmark, and mark are ours. The register itself is published under a Creative Commons Attribution license and may be reused with credit, but that license covers the data and not our marks.
