We publish prices, terms, pharmacies, and states. We do not publish dosing, protocols, titration schedules, efficacy claims, or comparisons of clinical outcomes, and we will not start.

Treatment Registry is an editorial publisher. We are not a healthcare provider, a telehealth service, a pharmacy, or a prescriber. We employ no clinicians and there is no medical reviewer on this site, which is why you will not find one named anywhere on it.

Reading this site creates no clinician–patient relationship with us or with any company recorded here.

GLP-1 medicines are prescription treatments with real contraindications, real interactions, and real adverse effects. Whether one is appropriate for you, and which, is a decision for a licensed clinician with your history in front of them. A price comparison cannot answer it and this site does not try to.

Many programs in this register supply compounded preparations. A compounded preparation is not an FDA-approved product. It has not been through the approval process that a marketed brand product has, and its quality depends on the pharmacy that makes it.

We record which programs supply compounded preparations and which supply brand products, and we name the pharmacy wherever a company names one. We do not assess any pharmacy’s quality, and recording one is not a statement about it.

Nothing here predicts what any treatment will do for you. Outcomes differ, side effects differ, and a price that suits one person’s situation may be wrong for another’s.

Every figure here carries the date it was read for a reason: this market moves. A price recorded last month may be wrong today. Verify against the company’s own page before you act, and see how current the record is before you rely on it.

Some entries carry a paid enrollment link, labeled where it appears. That is a commercial arrangement and nothing more. It is not a statement that the program is safe, effective, or right for you, and it never changes what we record. See how this register is funded.

Where we record an enforcement action against a company, we record it as a dated note and leave it there. We do not tell you what it means for your care, and we do not treat it as a disqualification. You are entitled to the fact; deciding what it means for you is yours.
