By using treatmentregistry.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. They are short because the site does one thing.

This site is for adults. By using it you confirm you are at least 18. It is not directed to anyone under 18 and never to children under 13.

Treatment Registry is a record of what companies published about their treatment programs, on the dates stated. Each entry holds the prices, terms and sourcing we read, with the company’s own sentence beside each figure and the address it was read from.

It is not a marketplace. We do not sell treatment, take orders, hold prescriptions, or stand between you and any company recorded here.

Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a recommendation to take or avoid any treatment. Reading it creates no clinician–patient relationship. We are not a healthcare provider, a pharmacy, or a prescriber.

An entry is a commercial record, not a clinical one. Prescription decisions belong between you and a licensed clinician who knows your history. See the full medical disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

Recording a program is not approving it. We are not a registry in any official, governmental, or licensing sense, and we accredit nothing.

No company may describe itself as registered, certified, listed, accredited, verified, or approved by Treatment Registry, or use our name or mark to imply that it is. A company may cite its own entry accurately, with the date attached.

We take care to read accurately and to show a source for every figure. We do not warrant that a company’s price or terms are still what they were when we read them. Prices in this market move often, which is why every figure carries a date.

Verify anything you are about to act on against the company’s own page before you act. If a figure here is wrong, tell us at corrections@treatmentregistry.com and we will re-read it.

Some entries carry a paid enrollment link, labeled where it appears. If you enroll through one we may earn a commission. You pay the same price either way.

A commission does not change what we record, and it does not change where an entry appears: our tables sort by price or by date and a paid entry holds exactly the position that sort gives it. The full position is on the disclosure page, which forms part of these terms.

Links lead to companies we do not control. Their terms, privacy practices, clinical standards, and conduct are theirs, not ours. We are not a party to any transaction between you and them and we take no responsibility for it.

The register is published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license. You may copy, redistribute, and build on it, including commercially, provided you credit Treatment Registry and keep the retrieval date attached to any figure you reproduce. A price reproduced without its date misrepresents the record.

Please do not:

• strip our disclosures from our content and republish it,
• use our name or mark to suggest we endorse you or accredit you,
• reconstruct the register as a competing feed or product,
• probe, load-test, or interfere with the site or the link handler in front of it.

Reading, however much of it, is always fine.

The Treatment Registry name, wordmark, and mark are ours. Drug and company names on this site belong to their owners and are used for identification only; see trademarks.

The site is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Treatment Registry is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or from a decision you make on the basis of it, including a purchase from a company recorded here.

You agree to cover us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

We may revise these terms. The effective date above changes when we do, and continued use after a revision takes effect is acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to this site, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware and the federal laws of the United States applicable there, without regard to any conflict-of-laws principles that would apply the law of a different jurisdiction. You and Treatment Registry agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
