Do Not Sell
Do Not Sell or Share
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is no opt-out here because there is nothing to opt out of.
In effect from September 1, 2026
01
We do not sell or share your personal information
Treatment Registry does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA.
This is not a policy we could quietly change without changing this page. There is no advertising on this site, no data broker relationship, and no ad-tech running anywhere on it.
02
Why there is no opt-out button here
A Do Not Sell control exists to stop a sale. There is no sale to stop, so a button would be theatre. Rather than give you a switch that does nothing, this page states the position plainly.
The one thing you can switch off is analytics, and that control is real: declining in the privacy notice stops the analytics tag from loading at all rather than merely recording a preference.
03
What actually leaves this site
- Analytics events to Google Analytics, only if you have not declined.
- A click record when you follow a paid link, which tells us the page and module it came from and carries nothing identifying about you.
- Ordinary request logs held by our host for security.
That is the complete list, and it is the same list as in the privacy notice.
04
Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control signal where your browser sends it. Since we do not sell or share, the signal changes nothing about what leaves this site, but we do not ignore it.

Making a request in writing
If you want our position on the record, or you want to exercise any California privacy right, write to privacy@treatmentregistry.com with the subject “California Privacy Request”. We respond within 45 days. You will not be treated differently for asking.
