How entries are recorded
This page is the method. If something on this site is not done the way this page describes, this page is the one that is right and the record is the one that is wrong.
What an entry is
One entry is one treatment program as it is actually sold: a molecule, a form, and a company, taken together. A company selling compounded semaglutide as a vial and compounded tirzepatide as a vial has two entries, not one. Each entry has a permanent identifier of the form TR-0000 that is never reused, and an entry whose program is withdrawn keeps its identifier and stays published.
The register currently holds 858 entries across 363 companies.
What a reading is
A reading is one dated observation of a whole program. Every reading is kept. When we re-read a program we add a new observation; we never edit an old one. That is what lets this site show a price history rather than only a current price.
How a price is verified
A price is read from the company’s own rendered page, or from walking its intake with placeholder answers until the price appears, in which case we record how many steps in it appeared. Beside every figure we store the company’s own sentence, word for word, with the address it was read from and the date.
A figure with no such sentence is not published. When we re-read a program and its prices are only behind an intake we have not walked, the entry shows that no verifiable price was recorded at that reading, which is different from saying the company has no price.
The two kinds of blank
A blank field on this site always says which of two things it means, because they are not the same and treating them as the same is how a record starts lying.
Not disclosed on a named site as of a named date means we went to that address on that day and the company did not state it. Not yet checked means we have not looked. We never write the first sentence when only the second is true.
Where our record is simply incomplete
Some fields we have not established at all. Where an entry says a value was not recorded, that is a gap on our side and it is labeled as one. It is different from saying a company did not state something, and we try never to let the two blur, because only one of them is a fact about the company.
How often it is re-read
Monthly. The last pass covered every entry on September 13, 2026. Any entry not read within 45 days is listed publicly as overdue on the status page, including when that is embarrassing.
Where the first readings came from
The register was seeded from a dated roster of GLP-1 programs read on 31 August 2026 by the same operator that publishes this site. Every seeded figure arrived with the company’s own quote, the address, and the date already attached, and any figure that did not was dropped rather than carried over. Seeded observations are labeled as such on the entry.
Enforcement letters
A regulatory enforcement letter against a company is recorded as a dated note on its entries. It is never treated as a disqualification and never changes an entry’s status. Readers are entitled to the fact; they are not served by us deciding what it means for them.
Every company here is screened against the FDA warning-letter index monthly. The result, the method, and the control that makes a null result meaningful are published at enforcement screening.

What this record is not
It is a commercial record and not clinical guidance, it is dated rather than current, and it takes no view on which program is better. What this record is and is not sets that out in full, including how to read a price here without comparing two figures that are not comparable.

Corrections
If a figure here is wrong, write to corrections@treatmentregistry.com with the entry number and the page where the right figure is visible to a reader. A correction is published as a new dated reading, not as a silent edit, so the earlier reading stays visible along with the date we were wrong.
If you run one of these companies: we can only record a figure a reader can check for themselves, so the fastest remedy is a page where the current price is visible. We cannot record a price that exists only in an email to us.
What this site does not do
It does not score, rank, grade, or name a winner. It does not collect or publish patient outcomes. It does not reorder its tables by what it earns: some entries carry a paid enrollment link, those links are labeled wherever they appear, and a paid entry holds exactly the position the price sort gives it.
