What the columns mean
One row per entry, holding its newest reading. The JSON export additionally carries every historical reading and the full price ladder with its quotes, which the CSV flattens away.

| status | active, withdrawn, or not-verified. |
| month_to_month_usd | Price with no commitment. Empty, never zero, when none was recorded. |
| cheapest_term_usd | Lowest per-month figure at any term length. |
| pharmacy_disclosure | disclosed, not-disclosed (we checked), or not-checked (we did not). |
| last_verified | The date this reading was taken. |
| observations | How many readings this entry holds. |
| evidence_url | The page the cheapest figure was read from. |
