- 1. The $299/$399 tiers are labeled 'Ongoing Care Membership' on the page but the site is explicit elsewhere that this is a single fixed price which already includes the medication ('One fixed monthly price that already includes the medication, B-12, quarterly bloodwork, biomarker monitoring...' and '$0 Membership fee ... Your care is included'), so it is recorded as a drug price, not the exclusionary membership fee the brief warns about. The comparison table shows Apex MD's tirzepatide as 'Compounded Tirzepatide + B-12' against 'Brand Zepbound' from Lilly/Hims/Ro, confirming the compounded classification. Apex MD also separately offers a 'GLP-1 Microdosing' program not priced here.
