Terms

MembershipRequired, $75 per month. The LoseIt Program is $75 monthly and provides ongoing medical oversight, follow-up visits, secure messaging, and care coordination to support your treatment safely and consistently. The program is billed monthly. Medication costs are billed separately and are based on your prescribed treatment plan. When compounded medication is prescribed, it is offered in 1-, 3-, or 6-month packages, billed upfront. Active enrollment in the LoseIt Program is required to continue medication therapy.
Consultation feeCharged, and the amount is not published. Consultation fees compensate providers for reserved time, clinical review, administrative preparation, and related services. Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once a consultation, clinical review, asynchronous evaluation, or other provider service has occurred.

  1. 1. Aspire Health states two different, unreconciled monthly non-medication fees: the semaglutide and tirzepatide product pages each say 'Monthly Medical Care: $49 — Includes provider visits, messaging, prescription management, and ongoing medical support. Medication priced separately (see tables above)', while the FAQ separately describes a 'LoseIt Program' at $75/month whose active enrollment 'is required to continue medication therapy.' Neither page mentions or reconciles the other figure. The membership entry above uses the $75 LoseIt Program figure since it is the one explicitly tied to required enrollment; the $49 'Monthly Medical Care' quote ('Monthly Medical Care: $49') from https://aspirehealth.care/tirzepatide-for-weight-loss/ and https://aspirehealth.care/semaglutide-for-medical-weight-management/ is flagged here rather than recorded a second time. Separately, https://aspirehealth.care/service-areas/ lists 49 state names (every state except Alabama) grouped as 'Western/Central/Eastern States,' but the page explains these are color-coded on an interactive map as 'Currently Licensed' vs. 'Coming Soon' — this text-extraction tool cannot read the map's color-coding, so which of the 49 are actually served today could not be confirmed; states.list is left empty rather than asserting all 49 as current coverage. The Wegovy/Zepbound dose tables are captioned 'Pricing varies based on insurance coverage. Patients should verify benefits directly with their insurance provider,' so it is unclear whether the listed dollar figures are a cash-pay price or already insurance-adjusted; recorded as-is with that caveat rather than labeled 'cash price'.
