- 1. Fee-excludes-medication case, exactly the trap this brief warns about: the Zepbound® page charges "$139 initial Telehealth consult for Lilly Direct® Rx" and then "$80 script refill for Lilly Direct® Rx" (quote: "Once a month required follow up for each monthly script refill for Lilly Direct® pharmacy.") — these are BHH's consult/follow-up service fees only. The actual Zepbound medication is purchased separately through Eli Lilly's own LillyDirect pharmacy; the page repeatedly says "Check updated pricing for the Lilly Direct® medication here" and never states a drug price. So no `prices` entry was recorded for brand tirzepatide (Zepbound); the $80/month recurring fee was recorded under `membership` instead. Ironically, the same Zepbound page also claims "No contracts, memberships, hidden fees, etc." directly above a required recurring $80/month fee — a direct on-page contradiction. By contrast, the compounded GLP-1 Plus (semaglutide) and GLP-1+GIP (tirzepatide) product pages state plainly: "No contracts, memberships, or hidden fees. Free expedited shipping" and price the medication itself by total mg per vial rather than duration ("BHH sells by the vial, not duration of time") — those prices were recorded normally. States coverage is also contradictory on the /glp-1-gip/ page: it states "Available to all states." immediately above four pharmacy-partner-specific exclusion lists, e.g. "Pharmacy Partner #1\nDoes NOT ship Weight loss Medication to - Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Hawaii, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi", "Pharmacy Partner #2\nDoes NOT ship to - Alaska, Hawaii, Iowa, Massachusetts, Wisconsin, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, Washington, West Virginia, California", "Pharmacy Partner #3\nDoes NOT ship to - Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Hawaii, Kentucky, South Carolina.", and "Pharmacy Partner #4\nDoes NOT ship to - Alaska, California, Hawaii" — actual coverage for any given order depends on which of the four pharmacy partners fills it, so the blanket "all states" claim was recorded as-is but should be read with this caveat; no exclusion list was used to build a false coverage list. The Refund Policy PDF linked from /faq/ and the product pages could not be read as text through fetch_site.py — it returned raw PDF binary/stream data rather than extracted text — so cancellation/refund terms are unverified and `cancellation.found` was left false rather than guessed.
