Fee-excludes-medication case, exactly the trap this brief warns about: the Zepbound® page charges "$139 initial Telehealth consult for Lilly Direct® Rx" and then "$80 script refill for Lilly Direct® Rx" (quote: "Once a month required follow up for each monthly script refill for Lilly Direct® pharmacy.") — these are BHH's consult/follow-up service fees only. The actual Zepbound medication is purchased separately through Eli Lilly's own LillyDirect pharmacy; the page repeatedly says "Check updated pricing for the Lilly Direct® medication here" and never states a drug price. So no `prices` entry was recorded for brand tirzepatide (Zepbound); the $80/month recurring fee was recorded under `membership` instead.
