  1. 1. Confirmed company via homepage title/footer: 'CITIZEN MEDS' / 'Citizen Meds® | Copyright 2026'. Sells compounded, dose-titrated semaglutide and tirzepatide injection homekits (with B12, and Glycine for tirzepatide) -- both explicitly labeled compounded/generic, not brand-name Wegovy/Zepbound/Mounjaro/Ozempic (pages describe tirzepatide as 'the same active ingredient in Mounjaro®' and semaglutide's homepage teaser lists '$299 $125'). PRICE DISCREPANCY: the homepage teaser shows 'Tirzepatide $399 $145', but the actual Month-1 (2.5mg) ingredient price on the product/ingredient list is $185, and the specific Month-2 product page's own top-of-page price is also '$399 $185' -- the $145 figure on the homepage does not match any price found on the tirzepatide product or ingredient pages checked. FAQ 'Subscription Info' notes: 'Patients enrolled in a subscription program will automatically have their dosage increased every month unless they email support ... Please note that pricing will also increase as dosage increases.' No refund is offered once a prescription is filled ('All products we offer are non-refundable ... We have a no refund policy'), only pre-approval cancellations are refunded. No states-served information (list or 'all 50 states' claim) was found in any of the pages checked (homepage, tirzepatide page, semaglutide/tirzepatide product pages, refund policy, FAQ, terms and conditions, weight-loss-injections page, shipping-and-delivery page).
