This is a two-part model: Eclipse's own 'Care Plan Pricing' page ($500 3-month Starter, or $249 initial + $149/mo Monthly Visit Care, or $249 initial + $99/mo Stable Patient Text Care) explicitly EXCLUDES medication ('Medications are prescribed to your pharmacy and paid separately by the patient') — that is the membership trap and is recorded in `membership`, not `prices`. Separately, Eclipse's own 'Medication Cost & Access Resource' page names one specific compounding pharmacy (Promise Pharmacy) with firm, dose-independent prices ($249/mo semaglutide, $349/mo tirzepatide, 'Same price regardless of dose'); those are recorded in `prices` since they are concrete published numbers, but a patient's real total cost is care-plan fee + this medication fee, not either alone. The same resource page also lists third-party retail/GoodRx/manufacturer price RANGES for brand Wegovy, Zepbound, Saxenda, Rybelsus etc. (e.g. 'Wegovy ... Retail/list pricing often about $1,200–$1,350/month') — these are informational estimates about OTHER companies' pricing, not Eclipse's own price, and were deliberately excluded from `prices`.
