Homepage comparison table quotes '$299/mo' and '$399/mo' as competitor prices, not Kongo's own — do not confuse those with Kongo's price. /terms says service availability is 'currently available to individuals located in certain states and that list is subject to change', which reads as narrower than the FAQ's explicit 'all 50 states' — flagging the contradiction rather than picking one silently; the FAQ answer is more specific and was used for the states field. 'What comes in the box?' FAQ answer ('Your medication, syringes, alcohol wipes...') confirms vial form for both drugs.
