Two GLP-1 plans exist: 'Pay As You Go' charges a separate $99 provider-visit fee every 3 months on top of the per-dose medication price shown above (recorded here as membership, though it bills quarterly, not monthly); the 'Month-to-Month Membership' plan folds that fee in and says 'No visit fees' but its per-dose medication prices are correspondingly higher at some tiers.
