  1. 1. Pomegranate sells compounded semaglutide in two tiers on its pricing app: Starter at $129 a month and Advanced at $149, each offered on a one-month term. The HTML the server sends is not what the app shows. It still carries $119 for the Starter tier and offers one, two, four and six-month terms, and every one of those is replaced when the app loads; $119 appears nowhere on screen. The figures above are the ones a customer sees. Tirzepatide is priced separately, also at $149. The semaglutide card carries a pharmacy notice that the pharmacy selected there cannot ship to CA, IA or WI and may dispense one vial per order, which is a limit on that pharmacy rather than on the program, so it is recorded here and not as the program's coverage.

  1. 2. The homepage badge says 'No membership requirements,' but the subscription-terms page separately calls out 'Membership and one-time consultation fees' as non-refundable — those two statements contradict each other, so membership.found is left false pending clarity, with this flagged rather than guessed. Rybelsus (oral semaglutide) is listed on the pricing app at 'As low as $0 copay' — an insurance-copay figure, not a cash price — so no price entry was recorded for it. A $25 fee applies specifically to appointments canceled within 24 hours of the booking.
