Rex MD's own $75 'Weight Management Program' price is the classic membership-excludes-medication trap: the site separately and explicitly states Zepbound is $349/mo cash-pay via Eli Lilly and Wegovy is $499/mo flat cash-pay via NovoCare, paid directly to the manufacturer programs, on top of the $75 program fee -- so $75 was recorded as membership, not as a program price. Compounded semaglutide is explicitly NOT offered: 'Pharmacies were allowed to compound semaglutide while there was an official shortage, but the FDA has since declared that the shortage is over. This means pharmacies can no longer compound semaglutide.' No specific price for compounded tirzepatide (mentioned only in general terms) or for Saxenda (liraglutide, mentioned as 'often less expensive' with no figure) could be found.
