- 1. Walgreens charges for each visit rather than a monthly membership. Medication is separate, and follow-up visits can add another $49 each. A prescription may be filled at Walgreens or another pharmacy of your choice. Published starting medication prices depend on dose, format and manufacturer savings terms; ask for the actual prescription price before paying.

The $49 fee is charged per clinician visit rather than as a flat recurring monthly membership, but it is a mandatory access fee that every medication price on the site explicitly excludes ('This service ... no subscriptions required' / 'the cost of medication is separate from the cost of the clinician visit'), so it is recorded here as membership rather than as part of any price. 'Available in most states*' is never footnoted with an actual state list anywhere in the pages fetched.
