- 1. August 31, 2026 — Henry Meds asks users to commit to paying before it tells them what they're paying. A required checkbox on the checkout screen reads, in part, "I acknowledge… and commit to paying the subscription fee for the full contract term if prescribed medication, regardless of usage. I authorize Adonis Health to charge the payment method on file…" Henry's own Next Steps list on that same screen puts "1. Select your Compounded GLP-1 subscription" after that box - meaning the amount is disclosed only after the commitment to pay it. Checking that box accepts a financial commitment and authorizes a charge, which is why the walk stopped there.
- 2. August 31, 2026 — Only Henry Meds' treatment pages carry the $179 figure, and none of them attaches a billing period to it. The $30 consultation fee is disclosed in the terms of service rather than beside the price, and is charged per provider evaluation as part of a bundled billing structure.
- 3. August 31, 2026 — Henry labels its before-and-after testimonials "Paid testimonials… results have not been independently verified", which is a disclosure worth crediting.
