September 2, 2026 — The published price for all four brand-name products (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound) is identically $1999/month, which reads like a placeholder/unset value rather than a genuinely differentiated brand price — flagged rather than silently trusted, but it is exactly what the page publishes. A separate consent checkbox on the same weight-loss page describes an entirely different insurance-based pricing path for Zepbound ($650/month cash fallback if insurance denies coverage, or a $250 cancellation fee), which contradicts the flat $1999 listed price above it; both figures are recorded since both are verbatim published text. Cancellation text on the weight-loss product pages also says 'contact your local Drip Hydration provider' to cancel — Drip Hydration is a separate national IV-therapy brand, suggesting ConciergeMD's weight-loss subscription may be run on shared back-end infrastructure with that company; flagged, not resolved. There are two unrelated membership concepts on this site: a required-looking general ConciergeMD concierge-medicine membership ($499/$799/$1199 per month, 12-month minimum, described on /membership/) and a separate, apparently optional weight-loss subscription with its own 4-month minimum and its own all-inclusive price ($199 semaglutide / $299 tirzepatide) — the FAQ says membership yields 'up to 30% off' the weight-loss subscription, implying the general membership is a discount, not a gate, so it was recorded under `membership` with required:false rather than folded into the drug price.
