Notes
- 1. September 2, 2026 — The homepage sells a single 'Compounded GLP-1 Treatment' SKU at $299 for a quarterly (3-month) supply and explicitly says 'One-time purchase—no subscription or membership fees.' Neither the product name nor its description names a specific active ingredient — the site's own Important Safety Information block lists three possible active ingredients ('Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Liraglutide') without saying which one a given order ships, so this is recorded as 'unspecified GLP-1' rather than guessed. Because no dose/mg amount or per-month medication cost was broken out, upfront was recorded as the full $299 and perMonth as an approximate ($299/3); the site itself never states a monthly figure, only the $299 quarterly total. Coverage text is an exclusion list (all states except six named ones), so per the brief's rule against inverting exclusions into a coverage list, the state list was left empty.
Treatment Registry is an independent editorial record. It is not a government registry, a licensing body, or a certification. An entry means we recorded what a company published on a given date. It does not mean we recommend the program, and it does not mean the program is approved by anyone.
