September 2, 2026 — Near-miss on the fee-vs-medication-price trap: the FAQ separately states self-pay visit fees of 'Weight management first visit: $299 Weight management follow-up visit: $149 ... Please note that these rates do not include the cost of prescriptions.' Those visit-only figures ($299 / $149) are suspiciously identical to the 'starts at' medication prices quoted for Zepbound ($299) and for Wegovy/Ozempic/Foundayo ($149) on the /weight-loss-medication page — knownwell's own site never clarifies whether the 'starts at' medication figures are the drug cost, the visit fee, or a bundled number, so these were recorded as the medication price per the page's own framing but the overlap is flagged here rather than resolved. Separately, the main /weight-loss-medication-pricing page (titled 'Weight Loss Medication Pricing') renders its comparison table in client-side JS — no dollar figures for the Wegovy Pen/Pill, Zepbound QwikPen/Vial/Pen, or Saxenda rows appear in the fetched static text at all, so per-SKU prices could not be captured; only the summary blurbs on the sibling /weight-loss-medication page yielded usable numbers. knownwell explicitly denies any membership fee ('No, knownwell does not charge membership fees or sign-up fees'), confirmed on two separate pages.
