September 2, 2026 — Blue Haven RX's own Terms of Service confirm the Program Membership Fee is all-inclusive of the medication ('The Program Membership Fee is all-inclusive of the medication and standard shipping...'), so the monthly figures were treated as drug prices, not a membership fee. BUT the homepage itself contains three different, mutually contradicting prices for the same two drugs: the pricing cards advertise $149/mo (semaglutide) and $179/mo (tirzepatide) as headline plan prices; the FAQ directly below on the SAME page states 'a flat $179/month for semaglutide and $259/month for tirzepatide'; and a third section ('What's included') advertises 'Start today for just $149/mo for 3 months.' All three are quoted verbatim above with the homepage URL since they all appear on that one page. Business entity is 'Eternum Health LLC' dba Blue Haven RX per the footer/terms. No dedicated pricing, cancellation, or product page beyond the homepage and Terms of Service was reachable via the tool's useful-links list.
