Notes
- 1. September 2, 2026 — The product pages contradict each other on state coverage: the main semaglutide and tirzepatide program pages both claim 'delivered to all 50 states,' but the semaglutide MICRODOSE page (same domain, same day) instead says 'We ship to most U.S. states, if we can't ship to you, you will be refunded' -- an outright contradiction, so states.kind is recorded as not-found rather than all-50. The tirzepatide product page also has a copy-paste error describing its own vial as 'Compounded semaglutide from a licensed pharmacy' in one paragraph even though the page title and drug name are Tirzepatide.
Treatment Registry is an independent editorial record. It is not a government registry, a licensing body, or a certification. An entry means we recorded what a company published on a given date. It does not mean we recommend the program, and it does not mean the program is approved by anyone.
