The register has not established whether this program ships a vial, a pen, or another form. That is a gap in our record, not a statement about the company.

Notes
- 1. September 2, 2026 — CoraDoc directly contradicts itself on whether it is a subscription: the FAQ says 'CoraDoc does not operate on a subscription model, there's nothing to cancel,' while the Refund Policy page has a section literally titled '5. Subscription Cancellation' describing how to cancel a subscription. Multiple different price points coexist for the same drugs (regular vs. limited-time sale vs. 3-month program tiers) without a single canonical figure; form (vial vs pen) is never specified on any page checked.
Treatment Registry is an independent editorial record. It is not a government registry, a licensing body, or a certification. An entry means we recorded what a company published on a given date. It does not mean we recommend the program, and it does not mean the program is approved by anyone.
