Notes
- 1. September 2, 2026 — This is a genuinely ambiguous and internally inconsistent site — flagged rather than resolved. Vita Bella is explicitly membership-gated ('Yes, Vita Bella is a member-exclusive organization. To access treatments, you must first become a member') with a stated $129/mo membership fee, and its Terms of Service confirm medication is billed on top of the membership ('we will charge you for the cost of the medication ... you authorize Vita Bella to automatically charge the credit card on file for any medication ordered'). Separately, each GLP-1 product page shows 'from $109/mo* with Membership, consult, and provider approval' (semaglutide) and 'from $159/mo*' (tirzepatide) — it is not stated anywhere whether that per-drug figure is IN ADDITION to the $129/mo membership fee (making the real all-in cost ~$238-288/mo) or already nets in the membership somehow. A third, different number appears on the /membership/ page's plan grid: 'Weight Loss Popular starting at $149/mo.' All three figures ($129, $109/$159, $149) could not be reconciled from the crawled text. Also has a real minimum-commitment lock-in ('the initial commitment consists of 3 consecutive membership payments') and a strict no-refund policy on both membership and medication.
Treatment Registry is an independent editorial record. It is not a government registry, a licensing body, or a certification. An entry means we recorded what a company published on a given date. It does not mean we recommend the program, and it does not mean the program is approved by anyone.
