Notes
- 1. September 2, 2026 — Two separate money systems on this site, kept apart deliberately. (1) A 'Nava Vitality' wellness membership at $111/mo (or 'Nava Longevity' at $159/mo) is an optional loyalty tier that unlocks discounted rates across all services, including the weight-loss program — it does not itself buy any medication, so it's recorded under membership with required=false. (2) The actual 'NavaRX Weight Loss' program on the /pricing/ table is billed in fixed 3-month blocks (Initial $2,300, Extension $3,300, Maintenance $1,500, each also shown at a discounted Longevity/Vitality-member rate) and is described elsewhere as including the medication itself ('You receive your medication and a Getting Started guide' is listed as one of the program's own steps) rather than as a separate add-on — so these were treated as real prices, not a membership fee, though the page never states in so many words that the drug cost is bundled into that figure, and a human should double check before treating $2,300/3-months as fully inclusive. The table doesn't split pricing by semaglutide vs. tirzepatide (one blended program price for both), hence drug=unspecified GLP-1. Left the 'Extension' tier out of entries since $3,300 for extension exceeding $2,300 for initial reads as an anomaly worth flagging rather than quoting as a stable price point — it is captured verbatim in the notes here instead: 'NavaRX Weight Loss (3 Month) Extension* $3,300** $1,995 $2,280'. The only cancellation language found is an appointment no-show fee, not a subscription/membership cancellation policy, so cancellation.found is false despite a quote being included for context.
Treatment Registry is an independent editorial record. It is not a government registry, a licensing body, or a certification. An entry means we recorded what a company published on a given date. It does not mean we recommend the program, and it does not mean the program is approved by anyone.
