Notes
- 1. September 2, 2026 — Site was tried before as 'no price found'; a browser render shows a promotional starter-program price for both drugs. The site's own price block is confusing: it shows a struck-through price, a bold '$X/month' figure, and a separate 'total for N weeks' figure that don't cleanly reconcile arithmetically (e.g. Sema: $149/mo shown, but $497 for 11 weeks ≈ $196/mo). Recorded the bold displayed figure as perMonth/upfront and quoted the whole block verbatim rather than resolving the arithmetic myself. Clicking the 'Oral medications' tab did not change the rendered price panel (still showed the injectable prices), so an oral-form price could not be confirmed. 'Need Branded Medications? ... Zepbound and Wegovy ... Request Now' is advertised with no price shown anywhere.
Treatment Registry is an independent editorial record. It is not a government registry, a licensing body, or a certification. An entry means we recorded what a company published on a given date. It does not mean we recommend the program, and it does not mean the program is approved by anyone.
