The refund-policy page states a refund is available only if requested before the order is processed with the pharmacy ('typically within 1 day'). Site brand name on-page is simply 'Levers' / 'Levers.Health' / 'Levers Health LLC' (footer); the candidate name 'Levers Health' matches the footer legal name.
