September 2, 2026 — The FAQ page's states list differs slightly from the semaglutide-program page's own 'Which States Available' list, which additionally omits Kentucky but is otherwise the same 28-state set ('Ships to: AZ, CA, CT, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MD, MI, MO, NC, ND, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WY'); the FAQ's 29-state list (which adds KY) was used since it is the page explicitly answering 'What States do you serve?'. The refund-policy page states a refund is available only if requested before the order is processed with the pharmacy ('typically within 1 day'). Site brand name on-page is simply 'Levers' / 'Levers.Health' / 'Levers Health LLC' (footer); the candidate name 'Levers Health' matches the footer legal name.
