Both are reported. Notably, the site's own FAQ text and one page header ("Your Zealthy treatment plan starts here") repeatedly say "Zealthy" and "Zealthy members" instead of RoenRx -- apparent leftover white-label template text pointing to Zealthy as the underlying platform. FDA-approved brand prices (Ozempic/Wegovy/Zepbound/Mounjaro at $25/mo) are explicitly insurance-copay prices, reported separately per the brief's insurance-vs-cash rule.
