September 2, 2026 — RoenRx runs two separate pricing tracks: a base membership ($39 first month, discounted) with compounded medication billed separately ($151/mo semaglutide, $216/mo tirzepatide, quarterly), and a "Doctor + GLP-1" bundle where medication is included in the monthly fee ($297/mo semaglutide, $449/mo tirzepatide after a higher first month). Both are reported. Notably, the site's own FAQ text and one page header ("Your Zealthy treatment plan starts here") repeatedly say "Zealthy" and "Zealthy members" instead of RoenRx -- apparent leftover white-label template text pointing to Zealthy as the underlying platform. FDA-approved brand prices (Ozempic/Wegovy/Zepbound/Mounjaro at $25/mo) are explicitly insurance-copay prices, reported separately per the brief's insurance-vs-cash rule.
