Synergy's products page prices compounded semaglutide at “Starting at $199 Compounded Semaglutide”, behind a WEIGHT LOSS filter on a catalog that opens on peptides — re-read on 3 September 2026 and unchanged. Its billing screen shows $199 as the first month and $249 as the rate that follows, which is why the monthly figure recorded here is $249 and the amount charged on the first day is $199. The longer plans on that screen are quoted at $748 for three months, $1,248 for six and $2,298 for twelve; those are left out of the price table because the screen's own wording could not be re-read verbatim on this pass, and they are set down here instead.

2. Synergy keeps its GLP-1 prices behind a WEIGHT LOSS filter on its products page, and its catalog opens on peptides instead. Behind that filter the cards read “Starting at $199 Compounded Semaglutide”, “Starting at $349 Compounded Tirzepatide”, “Starting at $299 Compounded Semaglutide Oral Dissolving Tablet”, “Starting at $399 Compounded Tirzepatide Oral Dissolving Tablet”, “Starting at $499 Ozempic®”, “Starting at $947 Wegovy®” and “Starting at $947 Mounjaro®”. None of them names a billing period, and nothing on the page or behind Get Started supplies one, so no price is recorded above: a figure without its period cannot be set beside a monthly one, and giving it a period would be our claim rather than Synergy's.

3. Synergy Rx's own billing screen prices its 3-month plan worse than paying monthly, and says so with a negative "savings" figure. The screen reads: "Select billing cycle · Monthly · $249/mo · $199 first month · 3 Months - $748 · $249/mo · Save $-1 · 6 Months - $1248 · $208/mo · Save $246 · 12 Months - $2298 · $192/mo · Save $690", then "Here's what's included · Pre-paid monthly or semiannual billing · Weekly self-administered subcutaneous injections · Price includes consult, medication, supplies, shipping, and support · Cancel or change plans anytime", then "Total if prescribed $199" and "After checkout, a provider will review your information to determine if treatment is right for you. Prescription is not guaranteed." A banner across the top of every screen read "2026 Promo Applied! + Fast, Free Shipping".
4. The badge arithmetic, shown. Three months at $249 is $747 against a $748 plan, which is where the negative badge comes from. Six months bought one at a time on Synergy's own prices is $199 + 5 × $249 = $1,444, so $1,444 − $1,248 = $196, not the $246 printed. Twelve is $199 + 11 × $249 = $2,938, so $2,938 − $2,298 = $640, not $690. Both badges are exactly $50 out, which is the size of the first-month discount they leave out.
5. Synergy Rx's product selection screen prices its oral tirzepatide tablet above its injection, and its brand-name options above both. The screen lists "Starting at" prices of $199 for semaglutide injection, $349 for tirzepatide injection, $299 for oral semaglutide, $399 for the "Tirzepatide Oral Dissolving Tablet", $947 for Wegovy®, $947 for Mounjaro® and $499 for Ozempic®.
6. Synergy Rx and Breeze Meds run the same intake platform: identical screens, identical ladder, identical "Total if prescribed" line, identical stock photography and the same four pharmacies. The prices diverge in one place — tirzepatide injection is $349 here and $299 there — and the $80 fee is described in opposite terms on the two sites. Both are partners of this site, and we are naming the overlap because a reader comparing them is not comparing two independent options.
7. Strive Pharmacy, one of the four named here, is a compounding pharmacy rather than a seller. It runs no patient intake and no cart, every GLP-1 page is tagged “RX ONLY” with a “FIND A PROVIDER” call to action, and its FAQ routes pricing questions to an email address. You cannot buy from it directly.
8. Synergy's state-licensure claim is unverifiable by design: the field reads Stated only because Synergy makes the claim itself, not because the site confirms it. Across the thirteen intake steps, the funnel never asks which state a patient lives in, the field that determines who may lawfully prescribe. No pharmacy state is given beside the four pharmacy names, and no support hours appear anywhere, so those parts of the row stand as written.
