Contradiction on the pricing page itself: the à la carte tier is headlined '$ 150 /mo' with 'Billed $100 monthly' printed directly under it, and further down the same page says the medication is billed 'separately from your $150/month (or $300/quarter) à la carte membership' — while the homepage separately advertises the à la carte membership as 'now $100/mo or $200/qtr'. That is three different monthly figures ($100, $150, and an unreconciled $300/quarter) for what appears to be the same membership tier. À la carte per-fill compounded medication pricing (updated, per the pricing page) ranges $67-$259 for a 4-week semaglutide supply and $118-$549 for a 4-week tirzepatide supply, depending on dose and pharmacy (Drug Crafters, Luxe Med, Cypress, Empower, Houston Rx).
