That is three different monthly figures ($100, $150, and an unreconciled $300/quarter) for what appears to be the same membership tier. À la carte per-fill compounded medication pricing (updated, per the pricing page) ranges $67-$259 for a 4-week semaglutide supply and $118-$549 for a 4-week tirzepatide supply, depending on dose and pharmacy (Drug Crafters, Luxe Med, Cypress, Empower, Houston Rx).
