September 2, 2026 — The homepage prices Semaglutide at '$198 → $133/month,' but the dedicated Compounded Semaglutide product page instead bills '$399 every 3 months' (billed every 11 weeks) — those don't reconcile even as a simple subscription vs. per-order framing (roughly $133/mo vs. $157/mo). That same product page also literally reads 'Includes a minimum of (3) 1,000mg vials of NAD+, syringes & injection instructions' on the Semaglutide listing — leftover NAD+ copy that was evidently never swapped out, a templating error rather than a real product detail. Plans carry a stated 3-month minimum, auto-renewing every 11 weeks 'until cancelled.'
