Compounded Semaglutide has a smaller but real gap too ($179 vs. $149 for a 3-month plan). Both figures are recorded rather than resolved by guessing which is authoritative. Mounjaro (labeled 'for type 2 diabetes') and Zepbound (labeled for weight loss) are both sold at the identical $1,399/month brand-tirzepatide retail price.
