Notes
- 1. September 2, 2026 — Both formulas include Vitamin B12. Each drug has two differently-priced SKUs on the site: a 'monthly' product page and a separately-titled ('Semaglutide' / 'Tirzepatide') quarterly product page, and the quarterly SKU is cheaper per month than the monthly SKU ($116/mo vs $129/mo for semaglutide; $133/mo vs $169/mo for tirzepatide) -- a pricing-structure quirk, not a contradiction, since they are distinct billing cadences. An optional live provider consult costs $29.99 extra and is not required. No dedicated subscription-cancellation clause was found (site markets 'No Memberships' / 'no membership fee'); only a no-returns policy for shipped prescriptions was found.
Treatment Registry is an independent editorial record. It is not a government registry, a licensing body, or a certification. An entry means we recorded what a company published on a given date. It does not mean we recommend the program, and it does not mean the program is approved by anyone.
