| Cancellation | “Medi-Weightloss is not a contract-based program, and patients are not required to pay in advance, though some locations offer money-saving value and loyalty plans that do require advance payment.” |
| Consult fee | $199. If you self-pay, our Membership program starts with a $199 New Patient Visit — which includes a medical assessment, lab work, and GLP-1 eligibility review. Patients using insurance are told most pay between $0 and $50 per visit. Medication is priced separately from the program fee. |

Notes
- 1. September 2, 2026 — Medi-Weightloss is a brick-and-mortar, in-person clinic network (140+ locations) rather than a pure telehealth site, so 'states served' in the usual sense doesn't apply and no state list/claim was published; states left not-found. Pricing is unusually two-tracked: (1) an explicit self-pay Membership whose monthly fee is stated to exclude medication ('Clinically-proven weight loss program, no medication included') and whose exact dollar amount is never disclosed site-wide ('vary by program and location') — recorded as membership per the brief's fee-excludes-medication rule, with no perMonth number since none is published; and (2) separately disclosed first-month CASH prices for the compounded medications themselves ($99 semaglutide / $199 tirzepatide), which are recorded as actual entries.prices since they are not membership fees, they price the drug directly. Brand-name Wegovy/Zepbound/Saxenda are also offered but only 'if covered by your insurance' with no cash price ever stated, so those entries carry empty prices arrays; no separate insurance-price figure (e.g. a copay amount) is published either, only the generic 'Most patients pay between $0 and $50 per visit' office-visit charge, which is a visit fee, not a medication price, so it was not recorded as a drug price.
Treatment Registry is an independent editorial record. It is not a government registry, a licensing body, or a certification. An entry means we recorded what a company published on a given date. It does not mean we recommend the program, and it does not mean the program is approved by anyone.
