The GLP-1 product page literally describes the medication as available as 'a once-weekly injection or once-a-day tablet' within the same plan — i.e. form is patient's choice, not fixed — so form is recorded as not-disclosed for both drugs rather than picking one. No refund/cancellation policy page could be found in the site's navigation or footer (only Privacy Policy is linked), so cancellation is recorded as not found rather than assumed.
