September 2, 2026 — Unusual and transparent pharmacy-passthrough model: RxPepsDirect (Peptide RX LLC) charges a flat $39 per-order clinical visit fee (not a monthly subscription — recorded in `membership` as the closest fit even though it's per-order, not monthly, since it is a fee that structurally excludes the medication) and the medication itself is billed separately, at cost, by Optimal Balance Pharmacy on a full dose-ladder (Month 1 through Month 6+, plus bulk refill tiers up to 30mg). Every batch's independent sterility/endotoxin lab report is published on the product page with lot numbers. Site explicitly says GLP-1 orders beyond Month 1 require uploaded proof of an existing active prescription for verification.
