September 2, 2026 — Textbook example of the brief's warning: for the FDA-branded medications (Wegovy, Zepbound), PreventiveMD charges a $49/mo membership fee that explicitly excludes the medication, plus a separate medication-starting price shown alongside it — both numbers are recorded (membership + medication price) rather than mistaking the $49 for the drug's price. For the compounded semaglutide/tirzepatide, the $83/$97 all-in price explicitly includes everything ('no membership, consultation, or cancellation fees') so no membership applies there. States coverage is two separate exclusion lists (one per compounding pharmacy) — per the brief's rule, no combined 'states served' list is fabricated from them.
