September 2, 2026 — Very clean pricing page: 'Each bundle contains three monthly vials' confirms injection-vial form for both drugs, and the page repeatedly states there is no membership fee (the medication and physician review are bundled). No formal cancellation clause was found because there is no subscription to cancel -- each bundle is a discrete purchase; the only refund language found is 'Refunded in full if your physician doesn't prescribe.'
