Terms

MembershipRequired, $79 per month. Nurx charges a recurring monthly fee for this program: "If you receive weight management treatment from Nurx, you will pay a recurring monthly $79 provider support fee." Nurx separately publishes a flat $3 monthly medication support fee that applies when an order ships. It does not say whether the two are charged together, so only the $79 named for weight management is counted here.
Consultation fee$79. Anyone who requests weight management treatment will be charged a $79 consultation fee.

Not yet checked: pharmacy and states.

Terms can differ between this company’s programs; each entry carries its own.

  1. 1. All GLP-1 medications at Nurx are picked up at the patient's own pharmacy (not shipped by Nurx), and prices are explicitly disclosed as averages that vary by insurance: 'Medication cost may vary based on prescribed treatment and applicable insurance coverage, price not guaranteed. Not all insurance plans are accepted.' Nurx also sells non-GLP-1 oral weight-loss pills (naltrexone/bupropion combinations, metformin, topiramate) which are out of scope for this register and were excluded.
