Sourcing and terms
| Cancellation | “Easy refills & free shipping to your door; pause or cancel anytime” |
|---|---|
| Membership | Required. $79 per month. “Nurx charges a recurring monthly fee for this program: "If you receive weight management treatment from Nurx, you will pay a recurring monthly $79 provider support fee." Nurx separately publishes a flat $3 monthly medication support fee that applies when an order ships. It does not say whether the two are charged together, so only the $79 named for weight management is counted here.” |
| Consult fee | $79. Anyone who requests weight management treatment will be charged a $79 consultation fee. |

Notes
- 1. September 2, 2026 — All GLP-1 medications at Nurx are picked up at the patient's own pharmacy (not shipped by Nurx), and prices are explicitly disclosed as averages that vary by insurance: 'Medication cost may vary based on prescribed treatment and applicable insurance coverage, price not guaranteed. Not all insurance plans are accepted.' Nurx also sells non-GLP-1 oral weight-loss pills (naltrexone/bupropion combinations, metformin, topiramate) which are out of scope for this register and were excluded.
Treatment Registry is an independent editorial record. It is not a government registry, a licensing body, or a certification. An entry means we recorded what a company published on a given date. It does not mean we recommend the program, and it does not mean the program is approved by anyone.
