September 2, 2026 — Neither product page nor the FAQ ever names the active ingredient as semaglutide or tirzepatide -- products are marketed only as 'Personalized GLP-1' and 'Personalized GLP-1/GIP + B12', so drug is recorded as unspecified GLP-1 for both. Pricing is inconsistent across pages: the homepage lists the 'GLP-1' starting dose at $249/mo and the 'GLP-1/GIP + B12' starting dose at $349/mo, but the dedicated product pages state $199/month and $249/month respectively for what appears to be the same product. State coverage is also inconsistent: the homepage states 'We are currently serving patients in over 40 states' (recorded as the states quote above) while the separate FAQ page states 'We offer nationwide service.' Cancellation is also inconsistent: the FAQ says orders 'are unable to be changed or canceled once submitted', but the Returns & Refund Policy page says 'You can always login to your www.elaramd.com before your products ship to change your address, method of payment or to cancel your subscription.' No insurance-billed price found; FAQ states 'no insurance required'.
