Notes
- 1. September 2, 2026 — Direct contradiction on the site about whether GLP-1 medication is offered at all: the general FAQ says 'Does the Signos membership include access to prescription medication? At this time, Signos does not offer any prescription medications or medical supplements.' (https://www.signos.com/faqs), while the /plans and /essentials pages market a dedicated 'Signos+ GLP‑1 Plans' product -- 'Clinician-prescribed GLP-1 + CGM,' 'Personalized 3 or 6-month GLP-1 treatment plan,' and 'Signos+ ($199/mo) includes the medication' -- fulfilled via OpenLoop Health clinicians and 'compounded GLP‑1 medications ... produced in FDA-registered facilities, but not FDA-approved.' Treated the dedicated GLP-1 pages as authoritative since they are more specific and current (2026 copyright), but this is a real, unresolved contradiction on the live site. The $199/mo figure's exact term (3 vs 6 months) is not stated on the page carrying the price, so term is left blank rather than guessed. Separately, Signos also sells 'GLP-1 Essentials' ($89/mo, https://www.signos.com/essentials) -- a CGM companion kit for people ALREADY on a GLP-1 elsewhere, explicitly 'Medication not included' -- this is excluded from prices per the membership-fee rule since Signos supplies no medication in that product. The general (non-GLP-1) Signos CGM subscription pricing is also inconsistently stated across pages ($127/$150/$225 per month on /plans vs $299/$199/$169 per month on /faqs) but that product is out of scope (no GLP-1) and not recorded here.
Treatment Registry is an independent editorial record. It is not a government registry, a licensing body, or a certification. An entry means we recorded what a company published on a given date. It does not mean we recommend the program, and it does not mean the program is approved by anyone.
