September 2, 2026 — AVARA Rx sells two separate product lines under the same drug names: compounded semaglutide/tirzepatide with a genuine bundled monthly price (recorded in entries above), and separate 'GLP Branded Medications' pages (Wegovy Consultation, Wegovy Pill Consultation, Zepbound Consultation, Foundayo Consultation) all listing 'Starting at $149' -- but every one of those pages carries the explicit disclaimer that the $149 is the consultation fee only and 'Price of the medication(s) are charged upon consult approval,' so per the brief's rule this is a membership/consult fee, not a program price, and no branded-medication price could be found. 'Foundayo®' is listed as a branded GLP-1 product but its own page never states which active ingredient it contains (semaglutide, tirzepatide, or another named brand), so it could not be assigned to any of the six allowed drug values and is omitted from entries.
