Notes
- 1. September 2, 2026 — Notable contradiction: the homepage/nav badge advertises 'Licensed Physicians · 50 States,' but the site's own FAQ says 'Zera Health operates in most US states' without naming an exclusion list — so states.kind is recorded as not-found rather than all-50. Product pages also show a first-month promotional price higher than the recurring rate (e.g. semaglutide 'From $149 $249 /first mo.' vs. the $179/mo Monthly plan and $149/mo Quarterly plan captured above), and the homepage banner ('Sale — 40% OFF · Ends August 1') is dated before today (September 2, 2026) on one page but 'Ends July 1' on another — an expired-promotion inconsistency across pages of the same site.
Treatment Registry is an independent editorial record. It is not a government registry, a licensing body, or a certification. An entry means we recorded what a company published on a given date. It does not mean we recommend the program, and it does not mean the program is approved by anyone.
