By contrast, the Wegovy/Zepbound (brand) telehealth track charges only a visit fee ($195 initial video visit) and explicitly excludes medication cost — a textbook fee-excludes-medication case, recorded as membership with prices left empty for the brand entries. Separately, a one-time $195 initial-visit fee applies to new compounded-tirzepatide patients on top of the weekly rate (not modeled as a price entry). Site clinics are physically in Maryland/Virginia (plus a Fairfax, VA location); footer links a 'Florida Telehealth' page that CONTRADICTS the FAQ's explicit MD/VA-only telehealth statement.
